Delete account & data
Request deletion of your NAWI account
Applies to the NAWI app (com.nawitech.nawi)
You can request permanent deletion of your NAWI account and associated data at any time. This process is currently handled by email; our team confirms your identity and deletes the information within a reasonable timeframe.
How to request it
- Send an email to pmedrano566@gmail.com with the subject "NAWI Account Deletion Request".
- Include the username registered in the app (we don't need an email or additional data to identify you, since NAWI doesn't require an email to create an account).
- You'll receive a confirmation once your account and associated data have been deleted.
What data is deleted

Timeframe
We process deletion requests within up to 30 days. If you have any questions about the status of your request, you can reply to the same email.
